Updated the Ubuntu installation script to use sudo before operations requiring administrative privileges and updated the version of the spu-medialib installation package.

I've built a new ps3pf-utils package which I named 2.1.0-1 even though 13 commits have been made by Geoff since 2.1.0. Real version is 07.09.25-gd6ba586.

A new mplayer-ps3 is available, which should exit cleanly!
It also doesn't kill/init the spe thread on resizes.

The new PS3 2.10 firmware has broken newer kernels. I will soon publish a new, working kernel and information on how to install it.

mplayer-ps3 has been updated with unsolos latest patch to remove double buffering. This makes it work with firmware 2.10.
